Auburn Athletics is excited to begin the search for a
War Eagle Productions Graduate Assistant!
Reporting to the Assistant Athletic Director, Video Services, the graduate assistant will work within one of or a combination of the three departments of War Eagle Productions. Those departments include
ESPN
/
SEC
Network Broadcasts, Videoboard Live Operations, and Broadcast & Media Systems.

Acceptance into graduate school at Auburn University is required before candidate can officially be offered the position.
On event day, the
WEP
GA may assist with
ESPN
/
SEC
Network Broadcast operations by running a variety of different positions, which depending upon prior experience, could include, but is not limited to producer, director, AP, graphics, engineer, replay, and camera.
On event day, the
WEP
GA may assist with in-house videoboards, including loading of and/or operation of Daktronics Show Control system.
During the week, the
WEP
GA will assist with pre-event preparatory assignments.
The
WEP
GA may be asked to assist with third-party vendors and clients, and external entities (
ESPN
, Daktronics)
The
WEP
GA will work alongside multiple Auburn Athletics departments that include but are not limited to War Eagle Creative, Fan Experience, Ticketing, Communications, and Event Management.
Bachelor’s degree
Currently enrolled Graduate Student at Auburn University or will be during the semester of assistantship
Satisfy the minimum load specifications of the individual departments and be making satisfactory progress toward the degree
Expectations:
Detail oriented for accuracy of data and information
Highly organized and ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines
Strong initiative to solve problems
Extraordinary focus on customer service
Willing to work in a team atmosphere where expectations are set and managed while giving staff flexibility to do their assigned task
Ability to work long hours including nights and weekends
