Defiance College seeks qualified applicants for a women’s basketball graduate assistant coach.The Defiance College Yellow Jackets will officially join the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) on July 1, 2024 for competition in the 2024-25 academic year and will become full members of the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC).Responsibilities include serving as the primary assistant to the head coach, recruiting, game preparation, practice organization, scheduling, assisting head coach in all phases of student-athlete mentoring and evaluation, academic monitoring, and other administrative duties as assigned. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree, have previous basketball playing or coaching experience, possess a valid driver’s license, and have a clean driving record.
