Job Summary: Assist the department with a variety of duties. A Graduate Assistant will gain essential work and educational experience needed to obtain full-time employment in their chosen field. These tasks are to be performed in a manner that professionally, cordially, and efficiently assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Description of Job Duties: Day-to-day maintenance of the field Help with practice planning and execution day to day Recruiting prospective student athletes Help fundraising efforts Other duties as assigned A Graduate Assistant should be working at a level higher than an undergraduate student employee. Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree completed; enrolled in graduate program and working in field of study. ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS: Fall/Spring Semesters: Enrollment is considered 5 hours for graduates. Summer Semester Graduate students must be enrolled in at least 3 hours. If the number of hours needed to graduate is less than the minimum hours required to work, the student must obtain a letter from his/her advisor stating the number of hours needed to graduate.
