Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Acceptance into a graduate program at the employing institution.
• Demonstrated experience playing or coaching soccer at the collegiate or competitive youth level.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a graduate assistant or coaching intern in collegiate athletics.

• Help maintain compliance with NCAA and institutional rules and regulations related to student-athlete eligibility and conduct.
• Contribute to recruiting efforts by evaluating prospective student-athletes and assisting with communication and campus visits.
