PRIMARY DUTY:  The Graduate Assistant will be responsible for providing leadership to the women’s tennis program. This position must work and travel nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Under the direction of the Head Coach, assists with planning, coaching, recruiting, administering, and promoting an athletics program within NAIA and Campbellsville University standards. Recommends, plans, and implements new instructional, training, and conditioning programs. Teaches relevant skills to student-athletes during team practices, games, and individual/small group training sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with managing and directing all aspects of the women’s tennis program including on-the-court coaching
• Assist with the recruitment of all team members
• Engage in fundraising activities as assigned
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have 4 years of playing and coaching tennis
• Must have a good knowledge of NAIA rules
