POSITION SUMMARY:
Serve as the Graduate Assistant Women’s Volleyball Coach during all volleyball seasons.
This is a Graduate Assistant position. You must have already been accepted or anticipate acceptance into a MACU Graduate program before the term of employment begins. Compensation includes a full tuition scholarship and stipend.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the conduct, discipline, and positive character of student–athletes by the guidelines and principles of MACU and the NAIA Champions of Character initiative.
- Assist the head coach in all practices and home and away matches.
- Help plan and develop a recruitment plan; recruiting potential college athletes.
- Supervise, conduct, and control all weight training sessions.
- Lead and develop programs that will strengthen the character of the student-athletes.
- Compose and compile all game statistics.
- Maintain a professional-looking complex for recruits, visiting teams, students, and alumni.
- Drive a van to all away matches and other team activities.
- Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university is required; will receive a $5,000.00 annual stipend and graduate work 100% tuition waiver for 4 semesters at the institution.
