The graduate assistant women’s wrestling coach will work directly with the women’s wrestling program and assist the head coach with all facets of the day-to-day operations of the program in compliance with Hiram College, PAC, and NCAA policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Assist head coach in practice and competition planning and implementation
Assist in all facets of recruiting and retention of student-athletes to the women’s wrestling program
Assist with strength and conditioning program for women’s wrestling
Assist with all funding raising initiatives for the Hiram College women’s wrestling program
Do athletic laundry in sport season
Participate in Annual Day with Hiram Golf Outing
Other duties as assigned, to possibly include, but not be limited to other sport event management during the off-season

Bachelor’s Degree required
Acceptance into the Hiram College MAIS Graduate Program or Sports Management Graduate program required for consideration
