The Head Golf Professional will manage all aspects of the golf operation. They will operate at both a tactical and strategic level, continuously developing and overseeing all aspects of golf at Great River, including: a first-class service standard, a vibrant tournament and social calendar, highly profitable and professionally displayed retail operation, and grow the instructional program available at the club. The Head Golf Professional will ensure a consistently high level of member satisfaction while looking to identify revenue enhancement opportunities.
The Head Golf Professional will develop operating policies and procedures that will direct the work of all department managers, implement and monitor the budget of all areas of golf operations, and manage the quality of the club’s products, services, and assets.
The Head Golf Professional will be responsible for the reporting of all areas of management directly to the General Manager and work closely with the General Manager to ensure the club is in position to hit all performance and financial goals.

Fast paced environment with a need for flexibility. Able to work well in a team and independently. Must be flexible, hours sometimes required beyond the normal workday, and on weekends.
