The Rutgers Division of Intercollegiate Athletics sponsors 24 intercollegiate sports, comprised of 14 women’s and 10 men’s programs, that compete at the Division I level. The Scarlet Knights are members of the prestigious Big Ten Conference, the nation’s premier academic and athletic conference, after officially joining the league on July 1, 2014. Known as “The Birthplace of College Football, Rutgers hosted Princeton on Nov. 6, 1869 in the first intercollegiate football game, with RU earning a 6-4 victory.

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Gymnastics Meet Director for the Athletics Events – Operations department.

Among the key duties of the position are the following:

Supports the

NCAA

Gymnastics Program with game day operations and youth fundraising competitions.

Communicates with and assign gymnastics officials for youth competitions.

Serves as meet director for competitions.

Qualifications

| Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. | | Certifications/Licenses |

Immunization Requirements

Under Policy 100.3.1 Immunization Policy for Covered Individuals, if employment will commence during Flu Season, Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption.
