Salary/Pay Range : $ 71,431 - $85,000 annually. Compensation will be commensurate upon experience and qualifications. This position is exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) overtime provisions.

Summary
Head coach for the varsity men’s baseball team for intercollegiate competition at a nationally competitive level. This position will report to the Athletic Director and will supervise an assistant coach and volunteer coaches. This role requires knowledge of baseball training and coaching techniques as well as an understanding of, or ability to learn, the NCAA forms and compliance requirements.

- To be considered for this role you must possess a bachelor’s degree. - Must have experience coaching baseball at the college level. - Head baseball coaching experience at the Division II level is preferred. - Expeirence motivating the scholar athlete to perform in the classroom and playing field is required. - National certification(s) for baseball coaches
