The Head Bowling Coach oversees all aspects of the bowling program at Hastings College. This includes but is not limited to recruitment, athletedevelopment, and program administration. The coach will work closely with student-athletes to foster a positive and competitive team culture while promoting academic success and personal growth.
Recruitment and Retention: Recruit talented student-athletes, maintain relationships, monitor academic progress, and oversee the Junior Varsity team.
Athlete Development: Design training sessions, provide individualized feedback, and foster a supportive team environment.
Program Administration: Manage the program budget, coordinate fundraising, handle team travel, and collaborate on marketing and community engagement.
Student-Athlete Support: Mentor and support student-athletes in their academic, athletic, and personal growth, and promote sportsmanship and integrity.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
At least three years of experience, preferably at the collegiate level.
