The Department of Athletics at Kutztown University invites applications for the position of Head Cheer Advisor. The head cheer advisor is responsible for all phases of the cheerleading program this includes, providing supervision of practice, athletic contests, and special events, academic success, supervision of assistant coaches, organizing camps and clinics, fundraising, and general administrative duties. In addition, the Advisor will support the philosophy, goals, and mission of the University and its Intercollegiate Athletics program and adherence to Departmental and University policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of cheer experience. Demonstrated ability in skill development, staff supervision, general administrative duties, fiscal management skills, and excellent organizational and communications skills. Candidate must complete a successful interview.
