THIS REQUISITION IS FOR A HEAD WOMEN'S SOCCER COACH POSITION.

Position Summary

The Head Coach is responsible for the planning, development, and administration of all phases of the assigned sport program within the UCLA Intercollegiate Athletics Department. The role includes preparation and management of the program’s budget, practice and game scheduling, travel arrangements, recruitment and selection of student-athletes and staff, interaction with support services, and involvement in public relations, fundraising, and promotional activities. The Head Coach will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to adhering to the policies, procedures, and guidelines set forth by the University of California System, UCLA Department of Intercollegiate Athletics (DIA), the respective conference, and the NCAA.

Salary & Compensation

Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. Qualifications

  • 5-8 years demonstrated coaching experience at the Division I level. (Preferred)
    • Demonstrated experience with fiscal management and budgeting. (Required)
