  • Familiarity with a wide range of gaming titles that are currently played in collegiate esports.
  • Policies, procedures and trends related to Intercollegiate and competitive Esports
  • Conference(s) philosophy, rules, regulations, regarding eligibility, recruiting, financial aid, recruiting, game seasons, etc.
  • Proper coaching and motivation techniques
  • High pedagogy of esports
  • Familiarity with promoting programs and events through online streaming platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, and any other applicable services.
  • Experience related to managing a Discord server, including providing
  • Risk management and safety regulations; applicable laws, codes, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport building, listening, and questioning skills.
  • Strong documentation skills.
• Formal Education & Certification
  • Any combination equivalent to: bachelor’s degree and extensive participation in competitive esports. Two years of collegiate level experience preferred.

Work Schedule: This is a part-time, non-exempt position, approx. 25 hours per week, 10-months per year.
