Job Description
Develops, directs, and coaches an intercollegiate Varsity Baseball program. Instructs athletes in fundamentals of baseball, coaches technique and strategy. Recruits scholarship and walk on athletes. Manages all aspects of the program including, scheduling, travel, equipment needs, budget, & staffing. Monitors academic progress of student athletes. Participates in development activities to promote the program.

Minimum Education Required
Bachelor's Level Degree

Additional Education Desired
Master's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Qualifications
Required: Considerable coaching experience with a collegiate baseball program. Experience in an NCAA program as a coach or student athlete, and knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. Position requires working a diverse community. Position requires extensive travel.
