Wesleyan College is a small private liberal arts college in Macon, GA. Wesleyan College has a strong commitment to intercollegiate athletics and is a member of the NCAA Division III and competes in the Collegiate Conference of the South. We are excited to add flag football as a varsity sport and seek a dynamic and passionate leader to build our program from the ground up.

Reporting to the Athletic Director, the Head Coach for Flag Football is responsible for all aspects of the flag football program, including but not limited to:

  • Recruiting and retaining highly qualified student-athletes
  • Developing and implementing practice plans and game strategies
  • Providing leadership and mentorship to student-athletes
  • Overseeing the program's budget and fundraising efforts
  • Ensuring compliance with NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations
  • Promoting the flag football program within the college and local community
