Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 3 years coaching experience or equivalent combination of experience, training, and/or education which clearly
demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
Strong and established recruiting skills are required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer competency skills (MS word, Excel, email, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree
· Knowledge of all applicable individual association rules and regulations
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
