Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE

The Head Coach is responsible for the management and administration of all activities related to his/her sport. This position promotes and supports the learning experience of Lakeland University students by being responsible for overseeing all phases of the Track and Field and Cross Country programs, including recruiting, training, and coaching student-athletes participating. The Head Coach is fully responsible for compliance with National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) rules and regulations as well as Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) rules and University policies governing intercollegiate athletics.

 

GENERAL EXPECTATIONS
