This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of a competitive
NCAA
Division
III
Men’s Lacrosse Program, including but not limited to; practice planning, recruiting, game day management, and scheduling. This position will assist the Director of Athletics and Recreation with the long-term planning and development of the Men’s Lacrosse program and an additional administrative area will also be assigned. Bachelor’s degree
Head or assistant lacrosse coaching experience at the

Demonstrated understanding of

A valid driver’s license at the time of appointment and the ability and willingness to drive fleet vehicles
CPR

certification will be required within one month of appointment
Demonstrated skills in leadership, communication, organization and relationship building
Willingness and ability to perform some evening and weekend work
A demonstrated ability to work effectively with faculty, staff and administrators
Collegiate head coaching experience
Master’s degree
Demonstrated experience with developing productive relationships with various internal and external constituents, including students
