RESPONSIBILITIES : The administration of all phases of an NCAA Division II soccer program including: recruiting quality student-athletes; organizing and training athletes for successful competition; monitoring and supporting the academic success of the student-athletes; planning and conducting pre and post season conditioning programs; hiring, supervising and evaluating personnel; managing the maintenance and upkeep of soccer facility (as needed); preparing and managing budget and records; undertaking public relations and promotional activities appropriate of the position; and carrying out other related administrative duties associated with game-day operations and special events. Minimum three (3) years successful collegiate soccer coaching experience preferred. Experience in recruiting highly competitive student-athletes, strong communication skills and a demonstrated commitment to conference and NCAA rules and regulations.
