The Opportunity

Lesley University seeks a Head Coach for Men's Volleyball. Under the supervision of the Director of Athletics, the Head Coach of the Men's Volleyball program at Lesley University will lead the operations, management, coaching, and cultivation of a competitive and successful Division III program while fostering an environment that contributes towards a positive student-athlete experience.

The role involves supporting the academic success and personal development of student-athletes in the Men's Volleyball program at Lesley University. Responsibilities include program management, coaching, recruiting, discipline enforcement, community representation, fundraising, and professional development. The position requires evening and weekend commitments, as well as occasional overnight travel, while adhering to relevant policies and regulations.

Qualities and Capabilities

The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree with successful collegiate tennis experience.

• Current CPR / AED certifications must be obtained upon hiring.

• Driver’s License required.

• Excellent customer and staff relation skills required.

• Strong organization skills required.
