Wilson College invites applications for a Head Men’s Volleyball Coach to provide leadership and direction for its NCAA Division III Men’s Volleyball program. Coming off an appearance in the 2026 United East Men’s Volleyball Championship final, the program is positioned to build on its recent success and continued momentum. This is an exciting opportunity for a student-centered coach to lead a competitive program while supporting the academic, athletic, and personal growth of Wilson student-athletes and contributing to the broader College community.
Reporting to the Director of Athletics, the Head Men’s Volleyball Coach provides the leadership, energy, and vision needed to build and sustain a competitive NCAA Division III volleyball program. We’re looking for a coach who is passionate about developing student-athletes, building a strong team culture, and growing a program that represents Wilson College with pride.
As Head Coach, you’ll oversee all aspects of the Men’s Volleyball program, including:
