ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The Head Coach is responsible for all aspects of a highly competitive NCAA Division II Football program. Provide leadership for the program and ensure the program complies with the overall objectives of the Institution and the Department. Ensure the program adheres to all applicable NCAA, Conference and Institutional rules and regulations.

Provide leadership for the program and ensure the program complies with the overall objectives of the Institution and the Department. Ensure the program adheres to all applicable NCAA, Conference and Institutional rules and regulations.
SPECIFIC TASKS AND DUTIES
1. Bachelor’s degree is required.
2. 2 years of head coaching experience or 4 years of assistant coaching experience.
3. Possess a valid unencumbered driver’s license and the ability to travel both locally and nationally.
Master’s Degree
Required coaching experience (item 2 above) at a 4-year collegiate institution.

Schedule
Generally, the normal work hours for the university are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 – 5:30 pm; Friday, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm with a one-hour lunch. The individual holding this position may need to be available early morning, evening, and on weekends to meet the needs of the department. Hours worked may differ with some departments.
