Albright College is seeking applications for Head Men’s and Women’s Cross-Country Coach. The head coach is in charge of day to day operations of the programs; on course coaching responsibilities; off campus and on campus recruiting; use of Front Rush; skill development of runners; oversee the Academic Studies program; and all other duties as assigned by the athletic director.

2. Recruit prospective student athletes on and off campus. Evaluate player talent for recruiting.
3. Organize recruiting communications and campus visits.
4. Set up and monitor student athlete academic sessions.
5. Program fundraising.
6. Assist with the Track program as the coach in charge of distance runners.

Qualifications/Prerequisites:

1. COMMUNICATION:

   1. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
   2. Knowledge of social media platforms and ability to maintain team pages.

2. SKILLS:

   1. Playing and/or coaching golf necessary.

3. EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE:

   1. Coaching experience at high school or college level.

4. EDUCATION:

   1. College degree or equivalent required.

5. LICENSES:

   1. Drivers license required.
   2. Child clearances required.
