● Manage the program operating budget
● Ensure compliance with Adrian College, NCR, and NCAA Division III rules

Minimum Requirements:
● Bachelor’s Degree
●
● Proficiency in basic computer skills
●
1-3 years of coaching OR extensive rugby playing experience
Must also be able to perform duties within the normal bounds of an office environment as well as
sit and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to demonstrate rugby techniques to student
athletes.
Physical Requirements:
• Moderate Lifting: The ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Reaching & Bending: Occasionally needing to reach above head level or bend down.
• Noise Levels: The ability to work in an environment with moderate noise.

• Be someone who is a self-starter who is able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Understand and comply with all NCAA, NCR, and Adrian College rules and regulations
• Be able to adapt to a changing workday schedule
• Have excellent organization and communication skills
• Be able to work odd hours and weekends
