The Head Coach of Men’s and Women’s Tennis is responsible for the organization and administration of all aspects of the sport or sports activities including supervision, teaching and implementing skills and strategies, recruiting, budget development, scheduling, purchasing, facility maintenance, public relations, community outreach, and implementation of NCAA policies and regulations.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university

Experience

• One to two years previous coaching experience and/or training and competitive background indicative of the ability to coach successfully in a NCAA Division III liberal arts college environment.

Work-Related Knowledge

• Working knowledge of the NCAA rules and regulations.
