The Head Coach will support the Director of Track & Field and Cross Country in all aspects of a NCAA Division III program as needed. This role supports the activities to assist the Men’s & Women’s Track and Field and Cross-Country program in the areas of sprints, jumps, hurdles, throws, and in the multi-events. The Head Coach serves as the primary coach and recruiter for the sprints, jumps, hurdles and throws events.

Assists with cross country competitions including driving vans, coordinating meals and travel, and helping to record times during practices and competitions.

This is a full-time exempt position. The annual salary for this position is $54,200 - $57,000, depending on experience.
