Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Recreation, Health, or related field
3 to 5 years of head coaching experience within college athletic programs, demonstrating a successful track record in team development and achievements.
Proven experience in recruiting andretainingstudent-athletes who excel both athletically and academically.
Significant experiencein budget management, strategic planning, and program development within a collegiate sports setting.
Master's Degree
Experiencein coaching women's basketball atthe NCAA DivisionII levelor higher, with a deep understanding oftheunique dynamics and requirements of women's collegiate basketball.
