Description

The Head Women’s Flag Football Coach will report to the Athletic Director and will be responsible for organization, administration, coaching and practice planning (skill development and strategy), fundraising, budget management of program, and student-athlete recruitment and retention of WFF team and community engagement. The Coach is expected to build a high character, high-performance program that aligns with the institution’s mission, athletic department values and NAIA rules.

Job Responsibilities

Requirements The applicant should possess strong communication skills, both oral and written, experience with and an excellent working knowledge of Flag Football training techniques appropriate for intercollegiate student athletes. Flexible schedule in order to work early morning hours, weekends and or nights is required. 

Education: Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree is preferred. 

Experience: 3-4 years’ experience within a collegiate or high school flag football coaching setting.
