Compensation:** **** Full Salary Range: **$40,691 - $56,967 – 12-month, Full-time
** Hiring Range**: $40,691 - $48,829 - commensurate with experience. Candidates with education or qualifications beyond the minimum requirements may be considered for a salary above the hiring range.

Position Information:
Mayville State University invites applications for a full-time coaching position that combines leadership of the Women’s Flag Football program with assistant coaching responsibilities for the Men’s Football program. The successful candidate will serve as the Head Coach for Women’s Flag Football (50%) and Assistant Coach for Men’s Football (50%), contributing to the development, recruitment, and competitive success of both programs.
