Job Summary:
To be successful at this position the ideal candidate must manage and lead all aspects of a successful intercollegiate NCAA Division III athletic program in order to increase the College’s enrollment and to promote the College’s image throughout the nation.
Key Results and Responsibilities:
Ensure integration of Women’s Ice Hockey program activities to College mission and culture.
Recruitment of a wide diversity of prospective student athletes in order to reach the team's target roster size.
Retain and graduate student-athletes at a rate higher than the overall college rates in order to generate positive net revenue for the college.
Facilitate an environment that encourages development of skills to effectively engage with individuals from various and diverse backgrounds.
Coach in a manner that results in successful performance in order to create a positive image of the college in the minds of the community, alumni and other prospective students.
Administer all aspects of the hockey program including budget, team travel, scheduling and documentation to ensure the smooth operation of the team and efficient use of the college’s resources.
Ensure compliance with NCAA, MIAC and internal policies and procedures.
Facilitate Team Community Service in order to present a positive image of the college and to help our student-athletes “learn to touch the world”.
Secondary Duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the Athletic Department and efficient use of the college’s resources.

Continued employment is contingent upon all required licenses and certificates being maintained in active status without suspension or revocation.
Valid driver’s license.
AED/CPR certification within six (6) months of date of employment
