New College of Florida is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Coach for Women’s Indoor Volleyball to lead our growing program. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of the volleyball program, including recruiting, coaching, player development, and ensuring academic and athletic success for student-athletes. Coaching & Program Leadership
• Develop and implement a comprehensive training program to enhance individual and team performance.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to student-athletes, emphasizing skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Develop game strategies and prepare the team for competition in the NAIA Sun Conference.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Organize and oversee all aspects of team practices, conditioning, and game preparation.

• Identify, recruit, and retain high-quality student-athletes who align with the academic and athletic standards of New College of Florida.
• Establish relationships with high school and club coaches to build a strong recruiting pipeline.
• Support student-athletes in their academic journey to ensure success both in the classroom and on the court.
• Promote the development of leadership, character, and life skills among players.
Program Administration & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with all NAIA, Sun Conference, and New College of Florida policies and regulations.
• Manage the program’s budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Oversee team travel, scheduling, and logistical coordination.
• Develop community engagement initiatives and promote the volleyball program within the college and local community.

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Previous experience coaching at the collegiate level, preferably within the NAIA or NCAA.
• Familiarity with NAIA regulations and Sun Conference competition.
