Head Coach. Women’s Rugby Club Program

The Rugby Head Coach provides supervision and effective leadership to the club sports program. The coach will assist with team organization and the required paperwork forthe division membership, NEWCRC - Women’s DIII.

Games/matches take place on weekends during the rugby fall & spring season

A coaching staff member is required to be at all practices and games.

Responsibilities :

• Fostering skill development and teamwork among students.
• Promoting and upholding institute policies and procedures
• Initiating activities supporting the sports club.
• Collaboration with the assistant coach (if applicable) to provide skill and developmental support to the team.
• Assist with student-athlete welfare, physical health, team concepts, and safety.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree
• USA Rugby certification of 200 or higher
• Knowledge of skill development

• Ability to work with and develop a variety of experience and skill levels

• Previous coaching experience is preferred.
