Drew University, a NCAA Division III member of the Landmark Conference, is accepting applications for the 12-month full time position of Head Women’s Soccer Coach, reporting to the Director of Athletics.
Job Responsibilities:
The Head Coach is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the women’s athletic program. Key responsibilities include recruiting and retaining student‑athletes, overseeing the program budget, supporting academic success, planning and leading practices, coaching during competitions, and coordinating fundraising and community engagement initiatives.
In addition, this role will support off‑season site management as assigned by the Assistant Athletics Director of Operations, teach courses within the Physical Education Department, and perform other duties as directed by the Athletics Director.
