EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY

POSITION: Head Coach – Women’s Softball (FT)

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree is required. Must possess excellent communication, customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively with diverse populations. The ability to prioritize multiple tasks, make sound independent decisions, and demonstrate creativity and initiative is essential. Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office products. Must demonstrate respect for others in the workplace and a commitment to creating a supportive work environment that values the contributions of all employees. Must always represent the University in a professional manner as well as have the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in any situation

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Teach the sport of softball to student-athletes individually and as a team at the NCAA Division II varsity level.
