Cedar Crest College is seeking a Head Field Hockey Coach to develop, recruit and administer a competitive women’s field hockey program consistent with the student-athlete philosophy of NCAA Division III athletics. Coaches are also expected to develop, coordinate and manage an active recruitment and retention program for field hockey student athletes. The Head Field Hockey coach will assist with fitness center operations, game day management, student athlete advisory committee, outside group coordination and the overall operation of the athletic department.
Cedar Crest College is a Division III, four-year independent liberal arts college for women with 10 Varsity sports. Cedar Crest is a member of both the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) and the Atlantic East Conference. A Bachelor's degree and prior experience coaching field hockey at the college level is required. Candidates must also have demonstrated success at effectively recruiting and retaining student-athletes. Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills are essential. CPR, First Aid and AED certifications are also required.
