Position Summary

American International College invites applications for the position of Head Field Hockey Coach. This is a full-time position responsible for all aspects of leading a competitive NCAA Division II field hockey program. The Head Coach will provide strong, ethical leadership in recruiting, coaching, program administration, and community engagement, while ensuring the academic success and personal development of all student-athletes.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Coaching & Program Leadership

  • Plan, organize, and conduct all practices, games, and team activities throughout the academic year
  • Develop and implement offensive and defensive strategies, game plans, and player development programs
  • Provide individual and group instruction to improve technical skills, tactical knowledge, and athletic performance
  • Evaluate player performance and provide ongoing feedback and mentorship
