The Head Flag Football Coach is responsible for providing leadership, organization, and supervision for all aspects of the Meredith College flag football program. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining a competitive NCAA Division III program while demonstrating a strong commitment to the NCAA Division III philosophy and the holistic development of student-athletes.

The Head Coach oversees coaching and player development, recruiting and retention, program administration, staff supervision, compliance, student-athlete support, fundraising, and engagement with the College and broader community.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Coaching & Player Development
- Plan, implement, and oversee all training sessions, competitive strategies, and player development initiatives.
- Evaluate and develop individual and team performance to achieve competitive success within the conference and at the regional and NCAA levels.
- Develop a positive team culture that emphasizes academic success, personal growth, well-being, sportsmanship, and competitive excellence.

Recruiting & Roster Development
- Meet recruitment and retention goals established by the College.
- Identify and recruit student-athletes who meet Meredith College academic and athletic standards.
- Maintain an active and organized recruiting pipeline.
- Develop and maintain relationships with high school and club coaches.
