The Waldorf University Athletics Department is seeking a Head Football Coach with a comprehensive vision, the passion, and the leadership necessary to build and strengthen a program that has faced recent challenges. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to shape and elevate an athletics program that is ready for new direction. We are looking for someone who can inspire progress and create sustainable improvement. Waldorf is a NAIA program and is a member of the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC). This is a full-time, benefit eligible and primarily 10-month (End of July/first of August through May annually) position with limited time commitments during June and July to complete any ongoing recruitment activities, attendance or representation at orientation day and Athletic department fundraising event(s), as well as monitoring responding to email or messages as needed.

The Head Football Coach is responsible for direction of all phases of the football program in a manner compatible with Athletics Department and Waldorf University philosophies and mission. Responsibilities include program leadership, recruitment especially from the regional area, coaching and player development/supervision, strategic planning, budget management, regulatory compliance, and public relations.

Benefits : This is a full-time benefit eligible position.
