This position will be managing team operations, players, equipment, and coaching at games and practices.

Examples of Duties

Manage JV team – schedule and plan practices. Communicate and meet with the team regularly.

JV player development – help develop player skills, work ethic, and promote healthy team chemistry and individual character.

Schedule and book games, travel, umpires, meals, etc.
Complete administrative tasks such as TER & TAR forms, organize and submit receipts, etc.

Assist with varsity as able to – practices & games

Assist with recruiting as able to – contact players, update recruiting board, help with tours/visits, attend camps/recruiting events

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of coaching experience
