College of the Ozarks invites applications for a full-time faculty and Head Men’s Basketball Coach position,
beginning summer 2026. The position requires an earned master’s degree or higher in physical education or
a closely related field. The successful candidate will provide leadership for the men’s basketball program in
alignment with the College’s Christ-centered mission, values, and commitment to developing Christ-centered
student-athletes. Additional responsibilities include teaching upper- and lower-division courses in physical
education activities, coaching theory, and general fitness beginning fall semester 2026.
The men’s basketball program at College of the Ozarks is one of the most respected in the NAIA. The Bobcats are
NAIA Division II National Champions (2006), with multiple Final Four appearances, and frequent 20-win seasons.
The program has produced numerous NAIA and NCCAA All-Americans, Scholar-Athletes, and leaders who embody
the College’s mission of hard work, integrity, and service. With exceptional facilities, loyal community support, and
alignment between athletics and institutional values, College of the Ozarks offers an incoming head coach the
