Culver-Stockton College is seeking qualified candidates for the full-time position of Head Men's Basketball Coach. C-SC offers experiential learning with a 12-3 academic calendar which provides an innovative four-year program of studies and experiences that prepares students for career success like no other college or university in the nation. C-SC will field 20 NAIA sports which compete in the Heart of America Athletic Conference.
In Accordance with all NAIA, and Culver-Stockton College policies and procedures, the position of Head Men's Basketball Coach reports to the Director of Athletics and is responsible for the entire operation of the men's basketball program, including, but not limited to, the recruitment of student-athletes, contest scheduling, practice and contest planning, player skill development, academic monitoring, office/budget management and possible oversight of a selected athletic facility.
Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's Degree of significant experience in basketball, Master's Degree preferred. Qualified candidates will have experience as a successful collegiate/pro basketball player, have experience coaching at the collegiate level (preferably 2 years or more), and have the ability to recruit and motivate student-athletes. The successful candidate must also demonstrate a strong commitment to academic success and compliance with NAIA, and institutional policies and procedures. Salary will commensurate with experience and C-SC also offers a competitive benefits package.
