The Head Men’s Basketball Coach is responsible for the leadership, organization, and overall success of the men’s basketball program. This role provides strategic direction in coaching, recruiting, player development, and program administration while fostering a culture of academic excellence, integrity, sportsmanship, and competitive success. The Head Coach will oversee all aspects of the program, including staff supervision, compliance with institutional and conference regulations, and the holistic development of student-athletes.

Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree required; master’s degree preferred.
Experience: Three to four years of demonstrated successful coaching experience at the high school or college level. Commitment to attend all scheduled practices and games. Collegiate coaching is preferred.
