Position Title: Head Men’s Basketball Coach
Department: Athletics
Title of Immediate Supervisor : Athletics Director
Funded Term / Work Cycle: 12 months; Full-time
Expected Daily Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; varies
Expected Weekly Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; evenings, weekends, and travel required
Pay Grade : 10S; Salary will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, and demonstrated competencies.

Position Summary and Purpose
Provides leadership and oversight for the varsity men’s basketball program, including supervision, recruitment, training, and administration of program operations while promoting academic and athletic success, supporting NCAA Division III compliance expectations, and advancing institutional engagement through student-athlete development and program visibility.
