The Naval Academy Athletic Association (NAAA), founded in 1891, is a nonprofit organization whose objective is to "promote, influence, and assist in financing the varsity athletic programs of the midshipmen of the United States Naval Academy" in accordance with the policy of the Superintendent of the Academy. The NAAA is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to serve as Head Coach for the Men’s Soccer team. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the soccer program, including coaching, recruiting, player development, and administrative duties, while maintaining compliance with NCAA regulations.

Engage with alumni, donors, and the community to promote and enhance the program.
Responsible for the development and execution of a robust summer soccer camp program.
Adheres to and enforces all policies and procedures of the NAAA, Academy, Conference, and NCAA.

Additional Eligibility Requirements
Must be eligible to work in the United States of America, without sponsorship.
Must be eligible to work on a military installation, including a willingness to submit to a background screen.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Work Conditions/Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, or move for extended periods during practices, games, and recruiting events.
Capacity to demonstrate physical techniques, drills, and sport-specific skills as needed.
Ability to lift and carry equipment or materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently for recruiting, competitions, and professional development.
Adequate vision, hearing, and speech to communicate effectively with student-athletes, staff, and external audiences.
Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to a variety of weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, wind, and humidity.
Physical stamina to manage long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during the athletic season.
Must possess or be willing to obtain CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications.
