Brevard College is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Men's & Women's Track & Field Coach to lead and manage all aspects of its NCAA Division III indoor and outdoor programs. Reporting to the Associate VP for Athletics, this role provides strategic leadership in coaching, recruiting, program administration, and student-athlete development.
The Head Coach is responsible for building competitive programs while fostering academic success and personal growth among student-athletes. Key responsibilities include recruiting and retaining qualified student-athletes, ensuring compliance with NCAA and USA South conference regulations, overseeing budgets and operations, and promoting the program through community engagement and fundraising.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of coaching and recruiting success, strong leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of NCAA Division III athletics. A bachelor's degree is required (master's preferred), along with coaching experience-head coaching experience strongly preferred.
