About the Role:

The Head Men’s and Women’s Track & Field/Cross Country Coach reports directly to the Associate Athletics Director-Operations & Event Management and is responsible for the organization and administration of the men’s and women’s track & field and cross-country programs in accordance with the rules and regulations of the University, Horizon League and NCAA.

The Head Men’s and Women’s Track & Field/Cross Country Coach must have a commitment to developing a competitive NCAA Division I track & field and cross-country program, while maintaining an emphasis on the academic success of the student-athlete. They will also be expected to assist in administering the program in a manner that promotes the health, safety and welfare of the student-athletes.
