GENERAL SUMMARY** :**
Edward Waters University is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Head Softball Coach in a full-time capacity. Under the general supervision of the Deputy Athletic Director, the coach will provide comprehensive instruction and leadership to the student athletes and develops a competitive program within the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC). The coach will be responsible for recruiting student-athletes to participate at the Division II level, managing an operational budget, planning practices, matches, monitoring academic progress of student-athletes, and maintaining compliance with all NCAA Division II and SIAC guidelines and regulations. Travel and weekends will be required. Maintain knowledge and compliance with NCAA, SIAC, and University rules, regulations, and policies.
