This position has a budgeted hiring rate of $54,000. This position is classified as an AO. The AO salary band for all full-time, 12-month positions at the college with this classification have a minimum rate of $43,880 and a maximum rate of $93,750. The actual schedule for exempt positions may vary based on the workload and responsibilities assigned.

Reporting to the Director of Sports Medicine and Performance, this 12-month, full-time position serves as the college's head strength and conditioning coach, responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating sport-specific strength, power, speed, agility, mobility, and conditioning programs across in-season, off-season, and return-to-play phases.
