Job Description

The Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the United States Sports Academy is responsible for overseeing all aspects of strength and conditioning programs for student-athletes within the university's athletic department. This role involves designing and implementing evidence-based strength, speed, agility, and conditioning programs to enhance athletic performance, reduce the risk of injury, and promote overall physical development. The Head Strength and Conditioning Coach also provides leadership, supervision, and mentorship to future graduate assistants and interns within the strength and conditioning staff. USSA sponsors men’s soccer, women’s soccer, women’s volleyball, baseball, softball, and track and field. The university is looking to compete in the United States Collegiate Athletic Association.
